Hemlock Farms is a large private gated community in Blooming Grove Township, with lakes, wooded lots and many second and vacation homes.
A lot of Hemlock Farms homes sit empty during the week or for the season, so owners need someone local who checks in and fixes things fast.
Second and weekend homes are common around Hemlock Farms, so we also do cleans before you arrive and after guests leave, and we can pair them with home watch visits.
What the seasons mean here
Spring openings and lake season, fall leaves on decks and roofs, and winter freezes and power outages in empty homes.

House Cleaning in Hemlock Farms: common questions
How does access work for home watch in Hemlock Farms?
We follow the community gate process. When we set up your visits we confirm how you want us added for access.
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how often you want us and what you want covered. We give you a free estimate and a flat written price per visit, with no surprises.
What is the difference between routine and deep cleaning?
A routine clean keeps kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces clean on a schedule. A deep clean adds detail work like baseboards, inside cabinets, inside the oven and fridge, and built-up grime, and is usually the first visit or a once-in-a-while reset.
Who actually comes to clean?
We do. William and Amanda are the same two faces from the estimate to the finish. No rotating crews and no strangers.
