Month to month, free first walk-through, and a photo report after every visit. Any repair we find is quoted separately and only done with your OK, with materials at cost.

How often should a second home be checked?
Weekly is safest in winter, when a frozen pipe can do real damage in days. Every other week works for many homes the rest of the year. We help you pick at the walkthrough.
