Add-ons: off-site laundry +$35, dump run +$25 where there is no curb pickup, hot tub $40, inside fridge or oven $40 each, heavy or post-group trash $25-75. Starting with reservations booked on or after Nov 20, 2026, Airbnb’s house rules policy says hosts can’t ask guests to wash dishes, strip beds, start laundry or take trash off-site, so the turnover has to cover it.
