Every other week (2 visits a month) $95/mo, weekly (4 visits a month) $165/mo, weekly + storm watch $225/mo, or a one-off after-storm check for $40. Month to month, free first walk-through, and a photo report after every visit. If we find something, you hear from us right away with photos, and since we do repairs we can usually take care of it the same day with your OK.
