You get a written scope and quote before we start. Materials are billed at what we pay, with no markup, and the same two of us are there from estimate to finish.
How pricing works
Interior painting: $375 per room up to 12x12 (walls only, 2 coats), larger rooms $475-600, ceiling +$150, trim and doors +$125, paint billed at cost. Homes built before 1978 are quoted in person only (possible lead paint). Cleaning subscribers get 10% off handyman and painting labor (materials and paint still at cost). Every other upgrade gets a free estimate and a written scope and price before we start. Materials are billed at what we pay, no markup.
