Prices for Orange, Sullivan & Ulster County NY, Pike & Wayne County PA and Sussex County NJ. Very large or very dirty homes are quoted after a quick look. Materials for repairs are billed at cost, no markup. Home watch is month to month with a free first walk-through and a photo report every visit.

How much does house cleaning cost with Hudson Ally?
A standard clean is $145 for 1-2 bedrooms on a recurring plan ($170 one-time), $190 for 3 bedrooms ($220 one-time) and from $245 for 4+ bedrooms. Recurring clients save about 15%.
How much is a deep clean?
$275 for 1-2 bedrooms, $350 for 3 bedrooms and from $450 for 4+ bedrooms.
How much is an Airbnb turnover?
1 bedroom $125 for steady hosts on a schedule or $145 one-time; 2-3 bedrooms $170 steady / $195 one-time; 4-5 bedrooms $240-310 steady / $275-355 one-time. Every turnover includes dishes washed and put away, all beds stripped and remade, laundry done on-site, and trash taken to your outdoor bin. Add-ons: off-site laundry +$35, dump run +$25 where there is no curb pickup, hot tub $40, inside fridge or oven $40 each, heavy or post-group trash $25-75. Starting with reservations booked on or after Nov 20, 2026, Airbnb’s house rules policy says hosts can’t ask guests to wash dishes, strip beds, start laundry or take trash off-site, so the turnover has to cover it.
How much is handyman work?
Handyman & repairs: $95 service call includes the first hour, then $75/hr in 30-minute steps, materials at cost. Flat prices: faucet swap $125, toilet swap $125, light or ceiling fan swap $95, door or hardware adjustment $95. Cleaning subscribers get 10% off handyman and painting labor (materials and paint still at cost). Not offered in Sussex County NJ.
How much is interior painting?
Interior painting: $375 per room up to 12x12 (walls only, 2 coats), larger rooms $475-600, ceiling +$150, trim and doors +$125, paint billed at cost. Homes built before 1978 are quoted in person only (possible lead paint). Cleaning subscribers get 10% off handyman and painting labor (materials and paint still at cost). Not offered in Sussex County NJ.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every price is a flat rate, so you know the cost up front.
How much is home watch?
Every other week (2 visits a month) is $95/mo, weekly (4 visits a month) is $165/mo, and weekly + storm watch is $225/mo. A one-off after-storm check is $40. Month to month, free first walk-through, photo report after every visit.
