Same two faces from estimate to finish · Free estimates · No markup on materialsHomes in Monticello
Monticello is the Sullivan County seat, with year-round homes in the village and lake houses, cottages and second homes around Kiamesha Lake and other nearby lakes.
A lot of Monticello-area homes belong to owners who are not here every week, and they need someone local who actually checks in.
Through the year
Lake homes need opening in spring and closing in fall, summer brings guests and busy weekends, and winter freezes are the biggest risk for empty houses.

Can you look after a Monticello-area second home while we are away?

Are estimates free?
Yes, and materials are billed at cost with no markup.
Meet William & Amanda
A husband-and-wife team, side by side
Hi, we are William and Amanda, the husband-and-wife team behind Hudson Ally. We are local, we are raising our 5 kids here, and we do just about everything together, side by side. Work is no different.
Between us we bring 20+ years of renovation and cleaning experience. We are a family of 7 with two dogs and a cat, so we know households and we know homes. Cleaning a home and caring for it go hand in hand, and that is what Hudson Ally is all about.
One call, and the two of us take care of it: cleaning, repairs, maintenance, home watch, Airbnb turnovers and commercial cleaning. We are thorough, we are friendly, and we treat every home and business like it is our own.
