Same two faces from estimate to finish · Free estimates · No markup on materialsHouse Cleaning for Kerhonkson homes
Kerhonkson is rural Rondout Valley country with farmhouses, cabins and a lot of short-term rentals and second homes near Minnewaska and the Catskills.
Many homes here are Airbnbs or weekend places, so owners need fast turnovers and someone who can fix what guests break.
Second and weekend homes are common around Kerhonkson, so we also do cleans before you arrive and after guests leave, and we can pair them with home watch visits.
What the seasons mean here
Busy leaf-peeping and summer weekends, snow and ice on rural roads in winter, and spring mud season.

House Cleaning in Kerhonkson: common questions
Do you clean short-term rentals in Kerhonkson?
Yes. We do Airbnb turnovers with a fix-it check and photos, plus home watch when the place sits empty.
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how often you want us and what you want covered. We give you a free estimate and a flat written price per visit, with no surprises.
What is the difference between routine and deep cleaning?
A routine clean keeps kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces clean on a schedule. A deep clean adds detail work like baseboards, inside cabinets, inside the oven and fridge, and built-up grime, and is usually the first visit or a once-in-a-while reset.
Who actually comes to clean?
We do. William and Amanda are the same two faces from the estimate to the finish. No rotating crews and no strangers.
