Interior painting: $375 per room up to 12x12 (walls only, 2 coats), larger rooms $475-600, ceiling +$150, trim and doors +$125, paint billed at cost. Homes built before 1978 are quoted in person only (possible lead paint). Cleaning subscribers get 10% off handyman and painting labor (materials and paint still at cost). Bigger jobs get a free written quote. Materials at exactly what we pay, no markup.
